Our company ethos

The production of RMD bottles varies each year based on the olive harvest and specific conditions that impact polyphenol levels. It’s important to note that it takes more than 20kg of olives to produce 1 liter of high phenolic EVOO, whereas producing 1 liter of standard EVOO (always of our typical high levels of quality) requires around 4-5kg of olives. Additionally, not all olive fruits are suitable for producing such premium, high phenolic EVOO. Last year and this year, we used Kalamon variety olives, which are harvested very early (end of August).
